*Yorkshire Pudding*


Yorkshire Pudding



Yorkshire Pudding:

3/4 cup flour
1 cup skim milk
3 eggs
oil for pans, or beef fat drippings or bacon fat

Mix all the ingredients together with a whisk.
Let stand for half an hour at room temperature.

Preheat the oven to 450° F.
Put 1 tsp of oil in each muffin cup of a 12 muffin tray.
Place in the oven heat until jut about smoking.

Immediately pour batter into muffin cups, 3/4 full.
Bake at 450 ° F for about 20 minutes or golden brown.
Serve immediately
