Chinese Barbequed Pork



Chinese Barbequed Pork:

1/2 cup soy sauce
4 tbsp red wine
4 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 green onion cut in half
2 cloves of garlic crushed
one whole pork tender loin (about 12 oz)

Combine all ingredients in a large plastic bowl
that has a very good fitting lid. Add pork cover
and shake to make sure the tenderloin is well coated.
Refrigerate 1 hour or over night. Longer is better.
Place tenderloin in roasting pan with a lid.
Bake in preheated 350 °F oven for about 30 minutes.
The remaining liquid makes great gravy!
